Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen was born on March 27, 1845 –February 10, 1923 was a German physicist who invented electromagnetic radiation and it also known as X-rays or Röntgen rays on November 8, 1895. In 1875 he became a professor at the Academy of Agriculture at Hohenheim, Württemberg. Röntgen was married to Anna Bertha Ludwig and had one child, Josephine Bertha Ludwig. In 1901 Röntgen was awarded the very first Nobel Prize in Physics.
